We’re Hiring: Network Support Engineer

???? Salary: 6000 - 8000 SAR/month
We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our team and provide support for IT equipment across KSA, with a focus on desktop support and remote access assistance. This role requires coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting IT systems (including VC, CCTV, AC, and PABX), and ensuring seamless communication in Arabic for KSA-based support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote support for IT equipment (Desktop, VC, CCTV, AC, PABX).
Only 10-15% of tasks will focus on networking; the rest will involve broader IT equipment support.
Coordinate with vendors for quotes and support.
Communicate fluently in Arabic with KSA vendors.
Requirements:
Desktop support experience.
Knowledge of IT equipment such as VC, CCTV, AC, and PABX.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Experience with vendor coordination.
