Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager with a robust background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will lead our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Cost Accounting functions.
Lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance management within the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
