IT Managed Service & Support Services Manager

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on managed services and support.

 

• Proven experience in managing onsite and offshore teams.

 

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.

 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 

• Experience with service desk tools and IT service management platforms.

 

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction.

 

• Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.

 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable.

 

• Experience with cloud-based service management.

 

• Experience in a system integrator environment.
