* Job Description :

- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues (Windows, Office, browsers,Printers, utilities, etc.).

- Follow up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting .

- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.

- Tracking and following-up the IT hardware stock.

- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

* Job Requirements:

- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an IT role as a full-time job.

- Good knowledge on CCNA.

- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

- High-level communication skills.

- Benha & Shebin El-Koum resident is Must.
