 We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Applications Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for problem-solving, working with technology, and supporting users, we want to hear from you!

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (BS) from a recognized university (Minimum).

 

- 3-5 years’ experience in IT business applications support, preferably 2 years support level in ERP-based environments

Or

- Diploma in Information Systems with at least 5 years experience in the IT applications support field

 

Job Description:

 Responsible for:

 

- supporting, developing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting assigned application modules.

- Create custom solutions to complex business problems, troubleshoot data issues, test application patches, upgrade applications, file assistance requests with support, troubleshoot data extract issues, and create new data schemas

- Research, resolve and respond to complex issues across the assigned application modules

* Ensure end-user issues are resolved, either as an individual or with assistance from Oracle support,maintain an up-to-date knowledge of practice-specific Oracle products and services

- Demonstrate strong follow-through and consistently keep commitments to end users. Participate in after-hour support as required

- Become an effective contributor to the Oracle Implementation team and Munajem Functional team

* Demonstrate core competencies (employ sound business judgment, creative and innovative ways to solve problems,

strong work ethic and do whatever it takes to get the job done)
