**Requirement

*Resolve technical issues with POS systems, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and payment terminals.

*Assist with troubleshooting Shopify, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., inventory management, order processing).

*Support integrations between retail systems (e.g., POS ERP e-commerce).

*Provide remote or in-person support to retail staff for login issues, software errors, and hardware malfunctions.

*Train employees on basic system functions (e.g., processing returns in POS, updating product listings on Shopify).

*Log incidents in ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) and escalate complex ERP or e-commerce issues to senior teams.

*Assist with updates, patches, and configurations for retail-specific software and tools.

*Monitor system alerts for outages impacting stores or online sales.

*Work with vendors (e.g., Shopify support, ERP providers) to resolve third-party system issues.
