Provide support for computer-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Assist users with problems through phone, in-person, or online channels.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software.
- Ensure the safety and security of digital files and systems.
- Operate and maintain cameras, alarms, and other related devices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Windows 10 and 11, Teams, Zoom, and Mac computers.
- Strong understanding of IT security and system maintenance.
- Relevant IT certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
