What You’ll Do

✅ Lead software projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

 ✅ Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to define project scope and technical requirements.

 ✅ Manage Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall development cycles, optimizing processes for efficiency.

 ✅ Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution.

 ✅ Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals and expectations.

 ✅ Foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and technical excellence.

What We’re Looking For

???? 10+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.

 ???? Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and software development best practices.

 ???? Strong understanding of backend/frontend technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and CI/CD.

 ???? Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

 ???? Hands-on experience with JIRA, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.

 ???? PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus!
