IT Supervisor

IT Supervisor is required for a reputable company.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Supervising and overseeing our company’s computer infrastructure, CCTV systems, and ERP systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills, and the ability to translate business needs into optimal IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure.

· Ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the company.

· Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, providing expert support when necessary.

· Manage and maintain the company's CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

· Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of ERP systems to streamline business processes.

· Work with project teams to help design and implement internal systems.

· Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.

· Stay current with the latest technologies and issues in the IT industry.

 

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or similar role.

· Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.

· Understanding of computer systems, networks, security, databases, and telecommunications.

· Experience in controlling information technology budget.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,g or related field; higher degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
