???? Monitor alarms and perform 1st level troubleshooting for multi-vendor Transport & Core Networks

????️ Troubleshoot Transport & Core Network issues with KPI targets

???? Classify and dispatch alarms to the concerned teams

???? Perform escalation & notifications for outages

???? Create, update, and manage trouble tickets for detected problems

???? Send notification SMS for major outages or incidents

???? Follow up on outages and down sites via TT system

???? Strong understanding of CCNA and mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G)

???? First-line support for IPBB, PS Network, IP SEC, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed

???? Troubleshoot transmission links (IRUs, ELRs-STMs) & monitor IPBB nodes

???? Monitor network performance, traffic trends (MRTG, Cacti Graphs), and system logs

???? Monitor firewalls, mitigate DoS attacks on corporate networks

???? Support night maintenance windows for various domains
