We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 6-10 years of experience to focus on IT and Data Center roles.

Location - Qatar

Salary - 8k to 10K

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for technical IT and Data Center roles.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume (bulk) hiring.

• Source and engage candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).

• Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build efficient recruiting strategies.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of technical recruiting experience, especially in IT and Data Center roles.

• Proven experience in bulk hiring with strong sourcing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
