Key Responsibilities:
-Daily Device Maintenance: Keep things running smoothly by resolving device malfunctions as they arise.
-Fix connection and printing issues on Windows systems to ensure seamless printing.
-Security Support, Address and resolve fingerprint reader issues and security software challenges.
-Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of engineering programs to tackle various technical tasks.
We're Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or network administration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MCSE, CCNA, A+, and N+ certifications.
