Position: IT Specialist - Network Technician

Location: 6th of October - industrial area - On site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and IT equipment.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

- Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill their IT needs.

- Document technical issues and solutions, creating guides for common problems.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend technology upgrades.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks,servers

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
