????Work location 6th October.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Install and configure computer systems.

✔️Diagnose hardwaresoftware faults and solve technical problems.

✔️Answers customer’s inquiries & fulfils their technical requirements regarding offered services on time.

✔️Coordinates activities with network services, or other information systems groups.

✔️Organize and Maintain the Datacenter inventory and assets

✔️Regulate and control the data center access either for persons or equipment according to the operation Department procedures

✔️Receive and deliver the customer equipment.

✔️Escalate major problems or requests to other operations groups.

✔️Follow up the pending requests and incidents with the other operations groups

✔️Coordinating hardware repairs with the vendors

????Requirements:

???? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field (preferred ITI/NTI graduate)

???? 1+ years of experience in IT Field.

???? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

????V. Good in English is a MUST.
