Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

**Requirements:**

- Cairo and Giza residents only

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support

- Strong knowledge of A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA, and Office365 Administration

- Prior experience in firewall management (Fortigate and Sophos preferred)

- Excellent English skills (reading and speaking)

- Basic desktop Windows maintenance experience

**Benefits:**

- Work location: New Maadi

- Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday and Saturday off
