Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or in Systems and Information Technology.
- Fresh graduates or maximum one year of experience in Service desk.
- MCSA knowledge is Must.
- CCNA knowledge is Must.
- Very Good command of Windows Client OS troubleshooting.
- Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
-Good organization, time management and prioritization.
-Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
-Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
