Hayat Dental Group is a leading Dental Company operated in Cairo since 2004 and located in Heliopolis.

 

We are looking to hire Full Time IT Help Desk :

 

Job Description:

•Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. 

•Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk. 

•Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone or email and logging the issue in a help desk management system. 

•Maintain Open to close ticket ownership of all incidents. 

•Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority. 

•Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. 

•Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. 

•Document all support calls for systems performance and metrics reporting. 

•Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software. 

•Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required. 

•Performs other duties as assigned. 

 Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Strong knowledge of operating system installation and configuration, especially Ubuntu and Windows Server.

Qualifications: 

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field. 

•1-4 years of relevant technical experience.
