We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across systems, networks, and software.

 

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.

- Monitor and manage network systems for efficiency and security.

- Ensure the safety and integrity of company data through regular backups and security protocols.

- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and new technologies.

- Provide technical support and guidance to staff.

- Document IT processes, configurations, and systems.

 

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and networking protocols.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
