Job Title: IT Classroom Quality Control Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Work From Office (El Mansoura)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely start and end of classroom sessions.
- Monitor and maintain high sound quality in distance learning classrooms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and guide teachers in resolving them.
- Ensure optimal performance of classroom settings, including microphones, cameras, and other essential hardware and software tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in AnyDesk or other Helpdesk applications.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for internet and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Google Applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for learning and growing are encouraged to apply.
