》》Senior Technical Support Engineer

》Responsibilities:-

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users and clients.

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, escalating issues when necessary.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.

• Configure and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, and security protocols.

• Assist internal teams and external customers with technical queries.

• Mentor and guide junior support engineers.

• Ensure IT security policies are followed and implemented.

• Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues.

》》Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
