Network Engineer

For the leading company, We Are Hiring "Network Engineer” in our HQ

Location: Heliopolis

Job Description:

• Installing operating system (Windows, hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance).

• Installing & configuring new computers, software and applications, projectors, printers, and other equipment as needed.

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network equipment.

• Ensure that desktop and laptop security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date.

• Follow up with Users to ensure all issues are resolved.

• Achieve key performance indicator targets to meet business goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.

• Experience 2+ years

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Network troubleshooting experience is a must.

• Certification CCNA, or CCNP and FortiGate firewall background are Preferred.
