[#Responsibilities]

- Respond to IT support requests from employees.

- Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems, software, and network devices.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist in system updates, backups, and IT asset management.

 

[#Requirements]

- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or a similar role.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

 

[#Work_system]

- Location: Heliopolis 

- days off: Friday and Saturday

- Working Hours: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
