Senior System Admin

Al-Shorouk Construction is hiring the following positions in the IT Department as the following:

1- Senior System Admin

Qualifications:

-Design and implement upgrades, new systems, and software applications to meet changing business needs, in collaboration with other IT professionals.

-Manage the organizations servers, San and NAS storages, operating systems, and applications, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and secure.

- Strong understanding (MCSE, CCNA).

- Microsoft Exchange 2016 & 2019 knowledge is must.

- VMWARE administration is must.

- 3-7 years of experience.

2- Senior Technical Support

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in a construction company or a similar project-based industry.

- Experience in managing and guiding a technical support team.

- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of incidents to prevent future occurrences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

- CCNA & MCSA is a must.

- Understanding of basic networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

-Good communication ability, both written and verbal.

3-5 years of experience.
