IT Helpdesk is required for a training company located in Maadi :

Working hours: from 9 AM to 5PM

Social Insurance.

Medical Insurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and help desk management.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT specialist professional.

-Strong expertise in:

- Microsoft environments, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are highly desirable.
