- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.

- Contribute and give user – training on new systems functionalities

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

- Provides remote technical support through the team viewer platform and through communication with our customers and agents

Providing technical support across the company setting up accounts for new users -

Determining hardware and software requirements based on business needs -

Job requirements:

Experience 1-4 years

Bachelor degree in any relevant field

V.Good Knowledge (Networking, CCNA, MCSA, ERP)
