Job Title:** Junior IT Support Specialist
**Location:** Dubai
**Salary Range:** AED 5,000 to AED 6,000
**Job Summary:**
We seek a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and support daily IT operations. The ideal candidate possesses a fundamental understanding of hardware, software, and networking, coupled with a problem-solving aptitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and system performance anomalies.
- Respond promptly to IT support tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support users with email, software, and application-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Assist in system updates, backups, and security measures.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a comparable role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email configurations, and IT security protocols.
