Senior System Engineer

"A Well-known Saudi company hiring Senior System Engineer for its branch in Maadi- Egypt as the following

Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Responsibility for the maintenance of the company Datacenter physical equipment (Firewalls, appliances, backup, and +150 servers)

• Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, Exchange online, SharePoint online ..etc.)

• Active Directory management and Administration

• Installing and administrating the corporate antivirus (Kaspersky Endpoint).

• Datacenter Monitoring, installing servers in DC Racks, Servers part, and other Hardware tasks (HP, Dell).

• Windows and Linux OS installation, management, and troubleshooting.

• VMware product installation and management (Vcenter / Esxi 7.5).

• Install, secure, and support hosting servers / shared services such as Parallel Plesk, and WHM (Cpanel).

• Managing Backup and restore process for customers (Veeam & Acronis Backup).

• Managing/administration of Cisco Email Security Appliances "Cisco ESA".

• Technical Support (L2) by Service Desk Tickets (company employees and customers).

• Day-to-day data center monitoring (Hardware and OS) monitoring services like OpManager, and PRTG EventLog Analyzer.

• Firewall Configurations, monitoring, and administrations (FortiGate 100C & Sophos UTM)

Preferrable Qualifications:

• Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance with Data Center standards, including maintenance tasks such as Hardware, Applications, Product and contract Renewals, Spare Parts availability, and inventory.

• Assists the presales/sales team with new project technical estimations and prices.

• Linux knowledge (installation and administration of different flavors like “Centos and Ubuntu ..etc.)

Managing Authoritative DNS (Linux Named)
