Job Description

• Provided first-tier support and troubleshooting.

• Dealing with incoming Issues a professional, courteous manner over IT Ticket system.

• Advise, train users on appropriate action and how to use different types of systems.

• Creates and maintains accurate and current documentation (FAQ, how-to, etc.).

• Document technical knowledge in the knowledge database.

• Follow up with clients to make sure their computer systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting.

• Follow standard procedures of their organizations to resolve issues by escalating them to the relevant internal departments.

• Responsibility to Update inventory sheet.

• Tracking all Issue 

• Working with Laps and have 

• Keep track of users’ system issues until they are resolved by adhering to the agreed timelines.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems all of MS Windows,MS office, Outlook.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer applications.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT equipment (Router / Access Point / Printer / Fax / Attend Machine / Scanner / copiers).

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and VPN.

• Create user accounts and reset passwords ensuring that the correct permissions and data security are applied.

• Knowledge of research techniques to analyze and make recommendations.

Experience Needed: 4Years

Education Level:Bachelor's Degree
