Job Description:
1.Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.
2. Tracking and resolving user tickets through a ticketing system.
3. Providing customer support and assisting users in resolving their technology-related problems.
4. Conducting user training and creating instructional materials.
5. Assisting with software installations, updates, and patches.
6. Providing basic hardware support and coordinating repairs or replacements.
7. Managing user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
8. Collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
9. Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.
10. Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends through training and professional development.
Requirements:
. Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and hardware devices.
. Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve technical issues.
. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
. Familiarity with ticketing systems or help desk software.
. Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
. Adaptability to new technologies and willingness to learn.
. Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
. Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
