SENIOR IT SPECIALIST

Job Discerption:

1. IT System Management:

· Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network systems.

· Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain operational efficiency.

2. Technical Support:

· Provide technical support to employees, resolving software and hardware issues in a timely manner.

· Assist with the implementation and troubleshooting of Contracting-specific software applications or systems.

· Offer training and guidance to employees on using IT systems and tools.

3. System Security:

· Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data, including client information and transaction records.

· Regularly update systems with security patches and software updates to safeguard against cyber threats.

· Monitor and enforce cybersecurity policies to ensure the safety of sensitive data.

4. Software Management:

· Ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data storage and retrieval systems.

· Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems used across the organization.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments:

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure IT systems align with business needs.

· Work on the integration of new technologies to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of IT system configurations, issues, and resolutions.

· Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in IT support and system administration, preferably in FMCG

Skills and Competencies:

1. Technical Skills:

§ Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and Firewalls.

§ Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.

§ Managing Microsoft windows server (AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP, File/print services)

§ have a knowledge in Managing server (VMware ESXi, Vcenter

2. Security and Data Management:

§ Knowledge of IT security protocols, data protection regulations, and backup strategies and software.
