- Receive and resolve escalated SOC Incidents coming from L1 SOC Analysts

- Apply Threat Hunts and Deploys use cases developed by L3 engineers to the SOC operation.

- handle all questions relevant to inquiries about Incidents shared by the SOC with MDP.
