IT Specialist

Job Description:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Providing technical support to the Branches (this may be in person or over the phone)

- Knowledge network of both LAN & WAN

- Conduct technical training for users.

- Providing technical support to branches Online / Onsite

- Document all troubleshooting and case management actions

- Follow up on issues for escalation and check as appropriate.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Years of Experience: 1 - 2 year.

• Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Systems.

• Experience in basic maintenance of PCs, Laptops, and printers (Hardware, Software).

• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Good Knowledge of MCSA, and CCNA.

• Good understanding of Windows Servers.

• Good Communication Skills.

• Experience in Microsoft Office.
