IT Specialist

We're looking for a talented #IT_Specialist to be hired in a well known company in El-Mohandseen, #Giza or #New_Cairo

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

•Good knowledge for MCSA , office 365 and CCNA.

•Proficient in using support ticketing systems and remote support tools.

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
