IT&OSS Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - 

 

· Handle Customer Requests related to IT infrastructure Products “Storage, server, backup solution and virtualization”.

· Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to ETAC workflow and regulations.

· Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA.

· If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt.

· Participate in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of IT Product line.

· Provide E2E analysis and solution highlight the possible risk in customer network 

· If assigned, provide Technical Supervision/tut.

 

Essential Requirements: - 

 

· Bachelor Degree (Communication, Electronics or related field)

· 2~3 years’ experience in the following 

· Strong knowledge in server infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting know the difference between server models how to manage to recover server issues.

· Have strong knowledge how to analysis the hardware issues and alarms 

· Have on hand experience in Linux commands and have understanding for different OSs 

· Strong knowledge in storage in "SAN (IPSAN, FCSAN)”, NAS, RAID," deal with storage box

· Proficiency in Virtualizations technologies 

· Familiarity with Network protocols and how to troubleshoot Network issues. 

· HCIP storage, cloud computing certificates is plus.
