Junior IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and support daily IT operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking, along with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and system performance issues.

Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Support users with email, software, and application-related issues.

Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.

Assist in system updates, backups, and security measures.

Key Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email configurations, and IT security.
