IT Help Desk

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.

 

-Resolve technical issues with LAN, WAN, and other systems.

 

-Repair and replace IT assets as necessary.

 

-Coordinate and support end-user issues both remotely and on-site.

 

-Provide first-level support for cloud-based and on-premise IT infrastructure.

 

-Handle all IT department-related emails and maintain professional documentation.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

 

Preferred degree in Computer Science or a related field.

 

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 

Excellent communication skills.

 

Good understanding of computer systems and other technology products.

 

Proficiency in English (Fluent preferred)
