Administrator Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities:

- Support maintaining and improving the implemented ISO management Systems (ISO 20000, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR)

- Produce performance and KPIs reports for processes and services

- Support the internal and external audits

- Prepare the Management Review Meeting agenda, points to be discussed, and the meeting minutes documents 

- Support other teams to take corrective/preventive actions to support the continual improvements for the business

- Documentations control (review, update, control)

- Prepare supplier monitoring reports, customer complaint reports, and customer satisfaction reports

- Support the ISO awareness program, conduct awareness sessions

- Maintain the implemented ISO policies and procedures
