Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 - Able to locate and resolve network issues in the datacom supported products (router- switch - firewall - WLAN products)

 - Responsible for understanding the features and benefits of the products, providing product knowledge, and addressing customer inquiries.

- Responsible for handling all technical problems in running projects and devices under maintenance, achieving customer acceptance / satisfaction through high performance and quality of services。

- Responsible for assurance of customer agreed technical standards both for projects & for customer support services.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.

·integration or telecommunication will have priority.

· Familiar with# Routing protocols, routers, SW and firewalls .

· Knowledge of Core datacom networks and ISP

. Proficient in both spoken written English.
