???? Level 2 Engineer - Senior Back office

Saudi Nationals and Non Saudis can apply

Location : Riyadh

* Experience & Certification: 7–10 years in Telecom NOC/project operations with hands-on IP/MPLS, MPLS-TP, and VSAT. Relevant certifications preferred (INFINERA/NOKIA/MPLS-TP, JUNIPER IP-MPLS, NewTec VSAT).

* Key Responsibilities: Manage network operations, performance, incidents, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Supervise BO/FO engineers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.

* Work Conditions: Work all days, in shifts, with 24×7 on-call support. Handle complex network issues and support field/project operations.
