???? IT Monitoring Center: Rapid Support Team

* 2–4 years experience with MS Cluster, Linux/Windows OS, OpenShift, Cisco ACI, F5, DCIM, databases (SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, etc.); CompTIA A+ preferred.

* Respond rapidly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with teams to restore services within SLA.

* Proactively monitor systems, set alerts, document resolutions, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
