Join our team, we are hiring : Microsoft System Management Consultant

Job Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM.

• Strong knowledge of SCOM (2019/2022/2025) monitoring and management pack customization.

• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Intune/Co-management is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SCCM site servers, distribution points, and reporting services.

• Create, deploy, and manage software applications, patches, and OS images.

• Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM deployments, client health, and system performance.

• Oversee patch management and ensure compliance across all managed devices.

• Develop and maintain SCCM reports using SSRS or built-in reporting tools.

• Collaborate with security and operations teams on policies and configuration updates.

• Design, configure, and maintain SCOM monitoring for servers, applications, and network devices.

• Develop and tune management packs, alert rules, and automated workflows.
