System Engineer

We are seeking a Snr. System Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time, onsite position offering a long-term career opportunity with competitive benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Provide efficient and professional customer support through various communication channels.

 • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer appropriate solutions.

 • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality.

 • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

 • Ensure a customer-centric approach while adhering to company policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in operation and administration of Oracle Cloud infrastructure environments such as OCI, ExaCC, Compute Cloud at Customer (C3) and Private Cloud at Customer (PCA)

- Experience with Oracle KVM, OLVM, Cell Storage, ZFS Storage, ILOM, InfiniBand Switches, Management Switches, Fault tolerance of different components

- Knowledges and experiences in Kubernetes, Terrafom, and Ansible Automation

- In-depth knowledge of Linux distributions

- Experience with system installation, configuration, and management.

Experience with systems migrations, upgrades, and patching.

- Familiarity with shell scripting

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

- Networking skills, including configuring and troubleshooting network interfaces, routing, and VPNs
