Position: IT Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and network administration, with a passion for delivering excellent technical support and customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems administration
Preferably with experience in outsourcing service industries
Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) are highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Network Security
Proven ability in IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support IT systems, networks, and hardware
Monitor and secure network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Ensure timely and effective IT support for end-users
