Yama Engineering Systems is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems.

• Manage servers, user accounts, and company emails.

• Handle software updates, troubleshooting, and license renewals.

• Maintain and update the company’s website.

• Ensure smooth operation of Odoo ERP System and provide support to users.

• Coordinate with departments to improve IT efficiency and data security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of Odoo ERP (implementation or user support).

• Strong understanding of networks, servers, and operating systems.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Located near Nasr City
