Cloud IaaS Engineer

Huawei is #hiring a Cloud IaaS Engineer:

 

Job Overview:

As a Huawei Cloud Computing IaaS Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and managing infrastructure services based on the cloud platform. Your responsibilities include cloud resource configuration, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and operations and maintenance.

 

Role Responsibilities:

· Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure it is efficient and stable, using tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automated deployment and management.

· Configure security policies for the cloud platform to ensure a secure environment. 

· Monitor system performance and optimize it to maximize resource utilization.

· Integrate and deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient service solutions that are deliverable and acceptable, and ensure their implementation. 

· Support project objectives through service delivery requirements, technical risk and issue management, and capability introduction.

· Be responsible for the delivery and implementation of professional cloud computing services, including planning, design, and implementation of databases and big data, as well as cloud migration implementation.

· Collaborate with development teams to support the integration of cloud platforms and applications.

 

 Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in cloud computing, with experience in managing IaaS platforms.

· Familiarity with mainstream cloud platforms and proficiency in Linux/Unix.

· Proficiency in using automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible and understanding of networking and virtualization technologies.

· Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills. Cloud platform certification is preferred.
