Arthur Lawrence is urgently hiring a Service Desk Operations Manager for a client in Riyadh, KSA.
Must-Have:
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure and service desk management
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Expertise in incident/problem management, SLA tracking, and root cause analysis
• Experience with storage, backup/recovery, and middleware integration
• Knowledge of service monitoring, SRE practices, and capacity/resiliency planning
• Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, IFRS, and SAMA standards
• Fluency in both Arabic & English is required
Nice to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
• Experience in banking/financial environments
• Background in risk, compliance, and DR/BCP planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities
