Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems

• 5–8 years of experience (factory experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge in:

• Windows Server (2008R2–2019)

• Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint

• Hyper-V & VMware

• SCCM & SCOM

• SQL Server, Google Workspace

• Veeam Backup & Replication

• Cisco technologies + CCNA

• Information Security & Sophos XG Firewalls

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, devices)

• Provide daily technical support & troubleshooting

• Ensure system updates, security measures, and compliance

• Oversee virtualization and network systems
