Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide first-level technical support to users; log, track, and resolve incidents.

Escalate complex issues to specialised IT teams and maintain communication with users.

 

Support ITIL processes, including Incident and Request Management.

Troubleshoot Windows OS, network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN), and Wi-Fi issues.

 

Support Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, email configuration, and basic Active Directory tasks.

 

Use ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, ManageEngine) and remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk); ITIL V3/V4 certification is a plus.
