We have urgent onsite openings across UAE, Oman, Qatar, and KSA for Oracle ERP Program/Project Managers and Solution Architects with leading clients in the MEA region.

 

???? 10+ openings for Oracle SCM/HCM & ERP Program/Project Manager roles

 • 10+ years of experience required for Project Manager roles

 • 15+ years for ERP Program Manager roles

???? 2 openings for Oracle Fusion/HCM Solution Architects

 • 12+ years of experience required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP packages – SCM, HCM, Finance modules

• Strong leadership in ERP delivery, digital transformation, and automation initiatives

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT functions

• Hands-on support in troubleshooting, enhancements, and configuration

• Experience empowering and mentoring teams, including Emirati nationals

• Solid understanding of Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, etc.)

• Proficiency in configuration, data loading (HDL/Spreadsheet Loader), and security setup

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data governance, and reporting
