We are looking for an IT Support – Abu Dhabi (Onsite)

Open to Arab and Non-Arab candidates.

Note: Must be physically present in the UAE.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support professional to ensure smooth IT operations across the organisation. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining system security and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Microsoft 365 Certified: MS-900 & MS-102 (mandatory)

5+ years’ experience in IT Support or Helpdesk

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Defender, PowerShell, and hybrid AD environments

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
